KL3022 analog giriş terminali, 4 ila 20 mA aralığındaki sinyalleri işler. Akım, 12 bitlik bir çözünürlüğe dijitalleştirilir ve elektriksel olarak izole edilmiş bir formda, daha yüksek seviyeli otomasyon cihazına iletilir. Bus Terminalinin giriş kanalları diferansiyel girişlere sahiptir ve ortak, dahili bir toprak potansiyeline sahiptir. Açık bir uç veya aşırı yük durumu algılanır ve terminal durumu K-busu aracılığıyla kontrolöre iletilir. Çalışma LED'leri, Bus Bağlayıcı ile veri alışverişinin bir göstergesini verir. Hata LED'leri bir aşırı yük durumunu ve kopuk bir kabloyu gösterir.
